With RE:FORM’s premier bespoke private lessons, your personal instructor will focus exclusively on your goals and your progress. Whether it’s body shape, tone, pain, posture, or to become better at your chosen sport, our highly-trained instructors will tailor your session to suit your individual needs. You will be guided through exercises on the Reformer, and all the different types of Pilates apparatus that wouldn’t be used in a group-class setting. This is the most effective way to learn and perfect the Pilates method.

RE:FORM’s Novice classes are perfect if you’re just starting out, or you have been unable to attend Pilates for a while. RE:FORM Novice provides the perfect foundation to enable you to progress your skills further, and gain a good understanding of Reformer Pilates. Whether this is a new type of exercise for you, or you simply need to refresh your memory and body in the ways of the Reformer, our small class sizes allow your instructor to offer corrections and guidance to maximise your workout.
We encourage you to attend these classes on a regular basis to help you advance to the next level, but don’t be deceived – this session will still challenge you!
With RE:FORM Mixed Ability, you can expect challenging classes full of different exercises for not just your core, but your whole body! Our teachers not only focus on strength and endurance in all the major muscle groups, but also in the small muscle groups that have the most impact on posture, tone and definition. This will create long, lean, sculpted muscles from your head to your toes.
No class is ever the same – this guarantees you will never plateau, and never get bored!
Take your Pilates to the next level with Dynamic Pilates. This is traditional Pilates reinvented with modern fitness techniques for the ultimate workout! Get your heart rate up with this challenging Pilates mix. All the strength of a Pilates class with intervals of heart pumping, fat burning, muscle shaking, body-transforming exercises.
Pilates to unwind you. Lots of stretch to create a supple body and towards the end of the hour a guided meditation. You will feel refreshed and relaxed after this session. Hopefully more switched off from your day and ready to chill.
Come to your first Re:form class a few minutes early to introduce yourself to your instructor and give them a heads-up in terms of your fitness background, or any medical conditions you might have.
Please wear normal workout clothes as well as some athletic-appropriate grippy socks.
