RE:FORM’s Novice classes are perfect if you’re just starting out, or you have been unable to attend Pilates for a while. RE:FORM Novice provides the perfect foundation to enable you to progress your skills further, and gain a good understanding of Reformer Pilates. Whether this is a new type of exercise for you, or you simply need to refresh your memory and body in the ways of the Reformer, our small class sizes allow your instructor to offer corrections and guidance to maximise your workout.
We encourage you to attend these classes on a regular basis to help you advance to the next level, but don’t be deceived – this session will still challenge you!

Our RE:FORM Pilates Pregnancy programme has been designed to support a fit pregnancy, strength in labour, and a quicker recovery. One the top reasons Pilates and pregnancy go together so well is that Pilates is great at building core strength. If your abdominals, back, and pelvic floor/Kegel muscles are toned, they will support a more comfortable pregnancy and delivery. As Pilates is very adaptable, most exercises can be modified as your body and abilities change.
Pilates is also famous for helping new mums get their figures back after baby is born! Postnatal classes will focus on recovery (diastasis recti, pelvic floor recovery, back strengthening and stretching) in a positive environment which will help you to kick the baby blues, to stay strong and happy.
Come and join us, have fun with your baby and meet other mums from our community. We offer 1:1 & 2:1 sessions, as well as small group classes. This is an ideal option if you have a group of friends all going through pregnancy at a similar time.
This Pilates class utilizes various pieces of Pilates equipment such as the Reformer, Tower and Wunda Chair to give you the best Pilates workout possible. Flow through a series of conventional Pilates based exercises designed to enhance core strength, spinal alignment, flexibility, balance, and postural control. Class appropriate for all fitness levels.

Jump classes require a strong cardio element. It is a fun, yet challenging class using classic pilates moves and Reformer Jump Boards to build cardio strength and endurance. If you want to get your heart rate up, work those legs and get a full body endurance workout, this class is for you!

Come to your first Re:form class a few minutes early to introduce yourself to your instructor and give them a heads-up in terms of your fitness background, or any medical conditions you might have.
